Why it costs this

  • It’s your route, not a template. Your GPX or the official course, with your kilometres, your time and your name on the real map.
  • The PDF is yours for good. It’s vector: print it as many times as you like, at any size, without losing sharpness.
  • If we get it wrong, we remake it. If we make a mistake with the name, time, bib number or route, we remake it or refund you.
  • Below the usual price. Other personalised route posters cost €20–28 for the PDF alone.

Don’t know their time or bib number? Give them the poster

You pay, they get a card with a code. They design their own poster with their route, name and time, and receive it as a PDF.

  • A PDF card with your message, to print or forward
  • It never expires: they redeem it when they have their GPX or race
  • Not redeemed yet? Return it within 14 days

Poster detail

Your route, point by point

We read the whole track, with its distance, elevation and coordinates, and lay it out with a cartographer’s eye: understated, faithful and ready to hang.

Several stages, one line

Upload the GPX of every day and we link them by date into a single route.

Your name and your time

The time comes from your GPX. Add your name and the start and finish places.

Free framing

Move, zoom and rotate the route. The poster you get is the one you see.

Sixteen designs

Four styles with their layouts, in the background and colour you want: different compositions, not filters.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most before ordering their poster.

Which file do I need to upload?

A GPX, the standard route format. In Strava it’s in the activity, ⋯ menu, “Export GPX”. Garmin Connect, Komoot, COROS, Suunto, Polar and Wikiloc export it too (here’s how in each one). From Polarsteps, its locations.json file works.

Can I join several stages or days?

Yes. Select all the GPX files at once and we join them into one route, in date order. It’s made for the Camino and multi-day trips.

What’s the quality of the printed poster?

189 g matte paper printed at 300 dpi, made to order and shipped to Spain. It usually arrives in 5–12 working days.

What if I only want the file?

The PDF downloads as soon as you pay. Print it at your local print shop, at any size.

Can I add a dedication?

Yes. In “Text”, write a line of up to 90 characters and it goes at the foot of the poster. If it’s a gift, the gift card can also carry its occasion: birthday, anniversary, Christmas or for a finisher.

Can I frame it with my medal?

Yes. The Medal template leaves a 10 cm space next to your time, designed for a deep frame with the medal hanging in front of the poster.

Can it show the sky of that night?

Yes. The Sky template draws the real stars and constellations for the day, time and place you choose (the night you met, your wedding night…) with your route underneath.

What do you do with my route?

We only use it to draw your poster. We never publish or share it. If your route starts at home, move or zoom it so the start falls outside the frame.

Can I see the poster before paying?

Yes. Designing it is free and needs no account: upload your route, try templates and text, and only pay if you like it.

Will the poster match what I see on screen?

Yes. The preview and the PDF come from the same drawing engine, with the same fonts and the same map. On paper, colours may vary slightly from your screen.

Can I make one without a GPX?

Yes. Search for the places and we join them by road, on foot, by bike or in a straight line. You can also paste a Google Maps route or start from a ready-made route in our catalogue.

Which size should I choose?

30 × 40 suits a short route or a wall with other pictures. If the route crosses a country or has many stops, go for 50 × 70 or 70 × 100: the names are easier to read. The PDF works at any size.

What are the packs?

One code that is valid for 2 or 3 PDF posters. Give it away or keep it for your next routes: it does not expire and you redeem each poster whenever you like.

Can I pay in another currency?

Yes. With the globe button you choose euros, US dollars, pounds or Canadian dollars, and you are charged in that currency with taxes included. That is also where you change the language.

Which countries do you deliver to?

The PDF arrives by email in any country. Printed posters ship to the countries shown at checkout.

What if there is a mistake on my poster?

If we make a mistake with the name, time, bib number or route, we remake it or refund you: just tell us within 7 days of receiving it. If you mistyped something on a PDF, we also fix it for free within that time.

What if I do not like it?

Because each poster is made to order it cannot be returned, which is why you see all of it before paying. If a print arrives damaged or faulty, we replace it.
