Personalised products

Our posters are made to order with your route and your texts. By law, personalised products cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. Check the preview carefully before buying: what you see is what you get.

Digital content (PDF)

Before paying, we ask you to confirm that you want to receive the PDF immediately and that you know that, as digital content made for you, once it has been sent you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 103 m of the Spanish consumer law). We confirm this in the delivery email. Files already delivered cannot be returned; if the PDF has a fault of ours, we fix it or refund you.

Gift card

A gift card is valid for one PDF poster, or two or three if it is a pack, and does not expire. As long as no poster has been redeemed, you can return it within 14 days of purchase (right of withdrawal) by writing to hola@kmposter.com: we refund you and the code stops working. Once redeemed, the digital content rules apply: whoever redeems it agrees to receive the PDF immediately.

Defects or damage in transit

If your printed poster arrives defective, with printing faults or damaged in transit, write to hola@kmposter.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We reprint and resend it at no cost, or refund you.

Accuracy guarantee

If we made a mistake in the name, time, bib number or route compared with what you confirmed before paying, we remake the poster at no cost or refund you. Let us know at hola@kmposter.com within 7 days of receiving it. If you mistyped something on a PDF poster, we correct it for free within the same period.

Order mistakes

If the mistake is ours (wrong product), we put it right at no cost. If the mistake is in the details provided by the customer (route, texts or address), we may offer a reprint at a discount.

Legal guarantee

All of this is in addition to your legal guarantee of conformity: three years for printed posters and two years for digital content.
