Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

KM Poster sells personalised posters, as a digital PDF file or printed, generated from the GPS route provided by the customer.

2. Personalised product

Each poster is made to order from the details and route provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the route, the texts and the delivery address, and confirms their details before paying.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. If you choose another currency (US dollar, pound sterling or Canadian dollar), the amount is shown and charged in that currency, taxes included; your bank may apply its own fees. Invoices are issued under the applicable rules (Spanish VAT and, where relevant, the OSS scheme for sales to EU consumers).

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. The order is produced once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

• Digital: the PDF is delivered by email through a download link after payment.
• Printed: printed and shipped by a print-on-demand provider, to Spain only; estimated delivery 5 to 12 working days.

6. Right of withdrawal

Printed posters are goods made to the consumer's specifications and clearly personalised, so they cannot be withdrawn from (art. 103 c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). For digital content, before paying the customer asks to receive the PDF immediately and acknowledges that once it has been sent the right of withdrawal is lost (art. 103 m). Gift cards can be returned within 14 days as long as they have not been redeemed. Details are in the returns policy.

7. Legal guarantee and quality

You have the legal guarantee of conformity: three years for printed posters and two years for digital content. If a poster arrives defective or damaged in transit, we reprint it or refund you at no cost.

8. Intellectual property

The customer keeps ownership of their route data. KM Poster keeps the rights to the design, templates and brand.

9. Complaints

You can complain by writing to hola@kmposter.com or calling +34 622 769 352; we reply as soon as possible and within fifteen days at most. KM Poster has not joined any out-of-court dispute resolution scheme.

10. Applicable law

Spanish law; for consumers, the courts of their place of residence.
